    Keon-Pyo Hong
    Founder & Chairperson

    Keon-Pyo Hong is the Founder and Chairperson of the Korea Artificial Intelligence Cinema Festival (KACF) and a pioneering director redefining generative AI as a new cinematic language. He uses AI not merely as a technical tool, but as a creative medium that expands narrative depth and visual expression. Internationally recognized, he has received multiple awards at film festivals in Los Angeles, Seoul, Poland, and Bulgaria, earning acclaim for both artistic vision and experimental rigor. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Konkuk University and is also active as a children’s book author, bringing strong narrative sensibility to his work. As the Founder and Director of Keon-Pyo Hong AI Film Studio and a YouTube creator with over 60,000 subscribers, he shares insights into AI filmmaking worldwide. Through KACF, he continues to build a global platform positioning AI cinema as a sustainable evolution of contemporary film culture.

    Jung-Wook Kim
    Jury President

    Jung-Wook Kim is the President of the Jury of the Korea Artificial Intelligence Cinema Festival (KACF) and a filmmaker, educator, and humanities lecturer who bridges cinematic practice with humanistic film education. As CEO of True Rise Pictures Co., Ltd., he balances film production with teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Baekseok Arts University and lead mentor of the film humanities program All the Films in the World (세상의 모든 영화). His works—including Cute Man (귀여운 남자), Sait-Sonic (사이소닉), and socially engaged films such as the DMZ Forum Opening Film—have earned international recognition across major festivals. Through filmmaking, media commentary, and education, Kim shares a vision of “seeing the world through film,” bringing artistic depth and critical insight to the evaluation of AI-driven cinema at KACF.

    Eun-gyu Lee
    Chair of External Relations

    Eun-Gyu Lee serves as the Director of External Relations of the Korea Artificial Intelligence Cinema Festival (KACF) and is widely recognized as a leading Korean television drama director and producer, with 30 years of experience at MBC Broadcasting Station. He played a key role in shaping the narrative depth and popular appeal of Korean television drama. During his career at MBC, Lee directed the iconic long-running series Country Diaries (Jeonwon Ilgi), as well as notable dramas such as Walking Up to the Sky (걸어서 하늘까지), and participated in the planning of the hit miniseries Coffee Prince (커피프린스 1호점). His achievements have been internationally recognized, including major awards at the WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival and the Asian TV Awards. He currently serves as President of the Drama Creators Association and teaches at the Broadcasting Writers Academy, while contributing to KACF by expanding partnerships and fostering dialogue between traditional storytelling and AI-driven cinema.

    Jung-So Lee

    Jung-So Lee is a Ph.D. in Philosophy and a scholar-practitioner whose work bridges humanities, child welfare, education, and public discourse. Grounded in philosophical inquiry, he translates critical reflection into practical frameworks for social policy and welfare practice. He previously served as Director of the Gyeonggi-do Independent Living Support Institution, leading support systems for youth transitioning out of care, and currently serves as Director of the Institute for Child Welfare Practice, where he develops practice-oriented research models. As an Adjunct Professor at Sehan University and Dongwon University, and Editor of Church and Municipal Journal, he continues to connect philosophy, education, and social responsibility in pursuit of the public good.

    Jong-Min Ahn

    Jong-Min Ahn is a composer and producer whose work spans games, advertising, K-pop, and musical theatre, exploring music that transcends media formats and genre boundaries. Known for his strong narrative sensibility, he crafts sound that effectively conveys emotion and story. He has composed immersive game music for titles such as the Digimon series, produced memorable advertising music for brands like Insaeng Ne-Cut (Life Four Cuts), and collaborated with K-pop artists including Glass Heart and Mirani. He has also served as composer and music director for stage productions such as Cocomong, Producer, and Hae-eohwa: Blooming Again, demonstrating how music can function as a core element connecting narrative and emotion across diverse media.

    Nam-Kyoung Cho
    Chair of External Relations

    Nam-Kyoung Cho is the Operator of Midjourney Korea and a leading educator in generative AI image creation. Recognized for his expertise in Midjourney workflows, prompt engineering, and visual concept development, he has played a key role in building Korea’s largest Midjourney-focused creator community. As Head of Midjourney at Soylab, he oversees strategy, education, and real-world applications, emphasizing production-ready prompt design, style control, and visual consistency. He is the author of Midjourney Prompt Master Guide (2024) and Midjourney Master Bible (2025), widely regarded as foundational resources. As an instructor at Fast Campus, he continues to expand practical access to AI-driven visual creation.
